ABOUT SAMADUL

Samadul, in Sankrit, means balance. Ancient Ayurvedic medicine believes that health and wellness rely on a delicate balance between mind, body, and spirit. The Thai massaging tradition developed directly from the 19th century study of this venerated ancient medicine. Now, Thai massage is deemed an Intangible Cultural Heritage by UNESCO, and is something all visitors to Thailand should experience.

In 2012, our proprietor Prayoon Wong had a strong passion in achieving the balance of mind, body, and spirit, and decided to establish this business in order to share his love for Thai massage with visitors to Bangkok. Hidden away at the heart of Asiatique the Riverfront, Samadul Thai Massage is a perfect setting, a quiet refuge for visitors, tired from hours of sightseeing and shopping under the hot sun, to come unwind, relax and restore the balance of their mind, body and spirit.

At our award-winning establishment, we take great pride in our holistic approach to the art of massage. Our various massage courses target the body's energy fields by using essential oils, aromatherapy, and other tools to relieve physical stress and make you feel rejuvenated and relaxed at the same time.
